Beverly Shanahan is a full-time real estate professional with Keller Williams Realty. She joined Keller Williams and is the Team Leader for the Premium Properties Group. She and her team specialize in real estate properties and transactions in Parkland, Coral Springs, and Boca Raton. Beverly has over 25 years of experience in real estate including 5 years in mortgage banking, accounting, and compliance. Beverly was a former CFO of a national mortgage lending operation. She has been in real estate and banking since August of 1998. For more than a decade Beverly has represented both Buyers and Sellers of residential real estate in South Florida. South Florida is considered one of the country's most prime and desirable real estate areas with its gorgeous beaches, numerous water sports, award-winning golf courses, and country club communities. Beverly has lived in South Florida her entire life.
